Richard Gedeon
Mr. Gedeon recently joined Carney & Bassil and practices in the areas of family law, real estate law, personal injury, and criminal law. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gedeon worked at a small firm and represented private clients in all aspects of real estate, civil litigation, and some criminal matters.
Mr. Gedeon graduated from Suffolk Law School in May of 2000. He has knowledge and experience in several areas of law. His real estate practice focused mainly on residential real estate conveyances and his civil litigation practice included, but is not limited to, personal injury law, divorce, child support, and child custody. In addition, Mr. Gedeon has been appointed by the Probate Court as Guardian Ad Litem in child custody matters and as Special Master in matters involving the sale of property.
Mr. Gedeon enjoys giving each client personal attention and strives to zealously advocate his client’s position. He also strives to ensure that his client’s needs are adequately met and that they maintain a positive attorney-client relationship.
